What if my kitchen is small or not very well equipped?

It is rarely a problem. Jayson has cooked in everything from galley kitchens in apartments to full butler’s pantries. As long as there is an oven, a cooktop, a sink and some bench space, he can work. If there is a piece of equipment he really needs and you do not have it, he will bring his own or tell you at the consultation.

Does Jayson do the grocery shopping?

Yes. Shopping is built into the session — Jayson selects the ingredients himself, which is a large part of why the food tastes the way it does. You are billed for the groceries at cost, on top of the session fee, so there is no markup and no guesswork.

Will my kitchen be left in a mess?

No. Cleaning down is part of the session, not an afterthought. Jayson leaves the kitchen as he found it — benches wiped, dishes done, meals labelled and stacked in the fridge or freezer ready to go.

What containers do the meals go into?

Jayson will talk this through at the consultation. Many clients prefer to supply their own containers so everything fits their fridge and their routine; others would rather Jayson organise it. Either way, meals are portioned, labelled and stored so you know exactly what you are reaching for.
